The purpose of Unfold is to articulate what a company is already attempting to express, but has not yet made clear.

How is this different from a typical branding process?

Most branding processes focus on how a company presents itself. Unfold focuses first on why and what sits beneath that expression. It strengthens the narrative foundation so that branding, strategy, and investor communication are built on clarity rather than assumption.

Will I be expected to share anything commercially sensitive?

No. The Unfold Framework focuses on internal clarity, not competitive strategy. You share only what feels right.

What if someone in the cohort is a competitor?

The focus is on your purpose, story and identity, which means you only share what feels right. The cohort model works because people support each other rather than compare or compete. It is a space for growth, clarity and connection, not judgement. Every participant comes in with different goals and different businesses, and the value comes from listening, reflecting and growing together.

Is there any individual support alongside the cohort?

Yes. Each participant is offered a private 1:1 session with Amanda after the cohort. This creates space to integrate the work, ask deeper questions, and sharpen how your identity and narrative are articulated.

Will I have the chance to connect with others in the cohort?

Yes. One of the most valued parts of the Unfold cohort is the opportunity to connect with people who are going through similar challenges. You will meet other founders and leaders who understand the pressures of building a brand from the inside out. The sessions encourage open discussion, shared learning and a sense of community. There is never any pressure to reveal anything sensitive. It is a safe, respectful space where you can benefit from shared insight without any concerns about competition.

Why is each cohort capped at 10 people?

Keeping each cohort to 10 people ensures the experience stays focused, personal and supportive. A smaller group gives everyone space to speak, think and be heard without feeling rushed. It also allows me to give more individual attention and guidance throughout the process. The aim is to create a high quality environment where clarity and confidence can build naturally, rather than a large group where voices get lost. Small group. Big impact!

How is the environment kept safe?

We set simple, clear ground rules: confidentiality, respect and no comparison culture. This creates psychological safety from the start.

What’s included?

Each cohort includes three live strategic sprint sessions, guided in real time using the Unfold Framework. You will receive session recordings, access to the Unfold workbook used during the sprints, and follow-up templates to help you make sense of your insights afterwards. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions, share reflections, and get tailored guidance throughout the process. Everything is designed to give you clarity, confidence and a strong narrative foundation you can immediately use in your brand.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No preparation is needed. The process works best without preplanned ideas. Just bring something to write with.

Is this right for early-stage brands?

Yes. The Framework is equally valuable for early-stage clarity and established brands refining or repositioning.

Will I receive feedback?

Yes, reflective, supportive, non-critical feedback only. This is not a critique space.

What if I miss a session?

All sessions are recorded and shared privately.
